Barnaby Bright books are printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner Lulu Direct, using a global network of local print facilities. This means your book is printed as close to you as possible — faster delivery, lower emissions.
Production Time
Every book is printed on demand. Production takes 2–4 business days before your order ships. This is in addition to the delivery times below.

Total estimated delivery = production time (2–4 days) + shipping time above.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched by Lulu Direct. Tracking detail varies by carrier and destination.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the print facility’s country may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are entirely outside our control and are the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to predict or cover these fees. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.
Note for EU customers: Books printed at the EU facility (Poland) and delivered within the EU are not subject to import duties.
Lost or Significantly Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived significantly beyond the estimated timeframe, please email info@alphasaphir.ch. We will open an investigation with Lulu Direct and the carrier and find a resolution as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please carefully verify your delivery address before completing your order. Once a book is in production or dispatched, we cannot redirect it. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
