1. Who you're contracting with

These Terms govern every order placed with AlphaSaphir Animations, operated by AlphaSaphir, a Swiss sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen), Daniel Oliveira, Viktoriastrasse 14, 8057 Zürich, Switzerland ("we", "us").

2. Our products

We sell original children's picture books in two formats: printed paperback (produced print-on-demand) and digital e-book. Ages shown are guidance, not a guarantee of fit for every child.

3. How a contract is formed

A contract is formed once we confirm your order and payment is successfully processed.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency offered for your region. Accepted payment methods depend on your region and are shown at checkout (e.g. major credit/debit cards; TWINT for customers in Switzerland, where enabled). 5. Print-on-demand fulfillment

Paperback orders are sent automatically to our print-on-demand partner, who prints and ships your book directly to you. TODO — name the print partner here once selected (see Shipping Policy). Because each copy is printed specifically for your order, production takes a little longer than an in-stock item — see our Shipping Policy for timing.

6. Digital delivery

E-book purchases are delivered by download link/email after payment is confirmed. No physical shipping applies.

7. Your right to cancel (EU/UK/CH customers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because paperback books are printed specifically for your order (custom-made goods), this right may be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law (e.g. Art. 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive) — see our Refund Policy for how we handle this in practice. Digital content: once you consent to instant delivery of a downloadable e-book, you typically lose the right of withdrawal once download begins. 8. Intellectual property

All characters, illustrations, and text in our books (including the Barnaby Bright series and "the Wobble") are original works owned by AlphaSaphir Animations / AlphaSaphir. Buying a book gives you a personal-use copy; it does not transfer any right to reproduce, resell, or create derivative works.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (e.g. for death, personal injury, or fraud). 10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of Zürich, Switzerland have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence, which may still apply regardless of this clause.
