Every paperback is printed specifically for your order once you check out, then shipped directly from our printing partner's facility to your address. Because printing happens after you order, please allow extra time compared to a normal in-stock item. Digital e-books
E-books are delivered instantly by email/download link — no physical shipping, no waiting.
