Physical books (print-on-demand)
Because each paperback is printed specifically for your order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the order date for a free reprint or a full refund — your choice.
Digital e-books
Digital products are non-refundable once the download has started, except where the file is genuinely defective or doesn't match the description — contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
EU/UK/Switzerland statutory rights
Nothing here removes any statutory consumer right you may have that cannot legally be excluded. TODO — confirm this wording with a lawyer, in particular how the custom-made-goods exclusion for print-on-demand books interacts with the EU 14-day withdrawal right.
How to request a refund or reprint
Email info@alphasaphir.ch with your order number and a description (plus a photo, for damaged items) of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
